Returns/Exchanges

Renegade does not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for incorrect choices. We provide information and photos for you to make an informed decision as to whether or not the product being sold is suited to your needs.  

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that the correct colour etc is chosen, within each product listing. We WILL NOT be held responsible for customer choices.

If you have any questions in regards to any of our products, please contact us prior to check out and making payment. 

Upon checkout, you are required to accept all information associated with making a sale at Renegade Gift Shop. 

Please note the following for all returns:
  • Valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
  • We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on items purchased on sale or with a promo code.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn.
  • All returns require authorisation and a return from (please email customer care team).
  • We do not offer free returns for size exchanges, change of mind returns or repairs.
